"INTEGRATING CULTURAL HERITAGES TO THE DIGITAL WORLD"

Last week, the Erasmus project meeting took place in Portugal. We had the opportunity to meet two teachers from Croatia, Romania and Turkey.

We also had the opportunity to show them a little about our culture, our views and our food. They also brought us a little of their countries and customs and also introduced us to other realities. It was a very fun week, full of learnings due to this very interesting meeting between cultures and it was a week to promote interculturality and the benefits of this excellent Erasmus+ project.

Marta Silva, 10C3.

My name is Marta Ferro, from 10E. I participated in this week meet ( wich included, two teachers of Turkey, two teachers of Romania and also two teachers of Croatia). I had the opportunity to learn interesting things about this countries who helped my curricular enrichment, and also interesting facts about each country.

In Croatia there's a heart-shaped island, and Croatians don't care about cents, when they go somewhere to pay for something, they ask for the absolute value without the cents

There is never a shortage of bread in the home of a Romanian family.

Drinking tea is common in Turkey, they drink it constantly.

Marta Ferro, 10E

In this Erasmus+ project that took place in the week of 24-28 October, I learned a lot about the participating countries that were Croatia, Turkey and Romania. It was an amazing experience, being with people from other countries and learning a little more of their cultures. It helped me a lot to realize that it takes a lot of work and dedication in a project of this dimension, and on top of everything, a lot of responsibility.

With everything was an amazing experience that has not yet come to an end.

Salvador Alves, 10C2

During this week (24 th until 28 th of October) our school welcomed 6 teachers ( 2 from Croatia, 2 from Turkey and 2 from Romenia) who participed with us in the Eramus+ Heritage and Culture. With this project I improved my english and developed my abilitys of working in group, it was very important to me. I also noticed of how "close" our countries are but how different our culture is. This project will always be marked on my hearth and head.

Beatriz Dias, 10H1

During this week (from 24 to 28 October) I had the opportunity to get to know a little better both the Romanian and Croatian teachers (with whom I worked more often during the week) the Turkish teachers (and their cultures). And I also got to know more about my colleagues and teachers, who are participating in the project. It was a lot of fun and extremely enriching.

Ana Rita Gomes, 10C2
